The basement has one bedroom, full bathroom, laundry, rec room with a huge TV and walk-out basement patio. Basement access is through bedroom 3 with twin on main floor. Basement also has walkout door to outside. Wi-Fi, cable, games, and DVD player, TV, and Netflix also available for tenants' enjoyment. Bedroom 1 (Upstairs Loft): 2 Twin beds and 1 trundle.
